In a world reborn from the devastation of the flood, Noah and his family emerge from the ark under the divine command to repopulate and renew the earth. Amidst this sacred mission, they build an altar and offer a profound sacrifice, their faith igniting a divine response. God’s voice echoes through the heavens, vowing never again to unleash such destruction, as a covenant with humanity and all creatures is forged in the smoke of Noah’s offering, promising stability and prosperity for generations to come.
The climax unfolds with God’s solemn pledge, marked by a radiant bow in the clouds, a perpetual symbol of His promise to sustain life on earth. Blessed with dominion over all living things, Noah and his sons are charged to multiply and steward the earth, their legacy intertwined with divine law. As they swear to honor this covenant, a sacred calendar of festivals is established, written on heavenly tablets, to be observed forever, ensuring that Noah’s lineage remains in divine favor. Yet, the narrative foreshadows a dire warning: future generations may forget these sacred duties, risking chaos and divine disfavor if they stray from God’s commandments. This epic tale of faith, covenant, and eternal vigilance sets the stage for an enduring saga of humanity’s relationship with the divine.

11 On this account He spake to thee that thou shouldst make a covenant with the children of Israel in this month upon the mountain with an oath, and that thou shouldst sprinkle blood upon them because of all the words of the covenant, which the Lord made with them for ever.
12 And this testimony is written concerning you that you should observe it continually, so that you should not eat on any day any blood of beasts or birds or cattle during all the days of the earth, and the man who eats the blood of beast or of cattle or of birds during all the days of the earth, he and his seed shall be rooted out of the land.
13 And do thou command the children of Israel to eat no blood, so that their names and their seed may be before the Lord our God continually.

16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.
17 And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth.
Feast of Weeks established
Jubilees 6:17-38
17 For this reason it is ordained and written on the heavenly tablets, that they should celebrate the feast of weeks in this month once a year, to renew the covenant every year.
18 And this whole festival was celebrated in heaven from the day of creation till the days of Noah -twenty-six jubilees and five weeks of years [1309-1659 A.M.]: and Noah and his sons observed it for seven jubilees and one week of years, till the day of Noah’s death, and from the day of Noah’s death his sons did away with (it) until the days of Abraham, and they eat blood.
19 But Abraham observed it, and Isaac and Jacob and his children observed it up to thy days, and in thy days the children of Israel forgot it until ye celebrated it anew on this mountain.
20 And do thou command the children of Israel to observe this festival in all their generations for a commandment unto them: one day in the year in this month they shall celebrate the festival.
21 For it is the feast of weeks and the feast of first fruits: this feast is twofold and of a double nature: according to what is written and engraven concerning it, celebrate it.
22 For I have written in the book of the first law, in that which I have written for thee, that thou shouldst celebrate it in its season, one day in the year, and I explained to thee its sacrifices that the children of Israel should remember and should celebrate it throughout their generations in this month, one day in every year.
23 And on the new moon of the first month, and on the new moon of the fourth month, and on the new moon of the seventh month, and on the new moon of the tenth month are the days of remembrance, and the days of the seasons in the four divisions of the year. These are written and ordained as a testimony for ever.
24 And Noah ordained them for himself as feasts for the generations for ever, so that they have become thereby a memorial unto him.
25 And on the new moon of the first month he was bidden to make for himself an ark, and on that (day) the earth became dry and he opened (the ark) and saw the earth.
26 And on the new moon of the fourth month the mouths of the depths of the abyss beneath were closed. And on the new moon of the seventh month all the mouths of the abysses of the earth were opened, and the waters began to descend into them.
27 And on the new moon of the tenth month the tops of the mountains were seen, and Noah was glad.
28 And on this account he ordained them for himself as feasts for a memorial for ever, and thus are they ordained.
29 And they placed them on the heavenly tablets, each had thirteen weeks; from one to another (passed) their memorial, from the first to the second, and from the second to the third, and from the third to the fourth.
30 And all the days of the commandment will be two and fifty weeks of days, and (these will make) the entire year complete. Thus it is engraven and ordained on the heavenly tablets.
31 And there is no neglecting (this commandment) for a single year or from year to year.
32 And command thou the children of Israel that they observe the years according to this reckoning- three hundred and sixty-four days, and (these) will constitute a complete year, and they will not disturb its time from its days and from its feasts; for everything will fall out in them according to their testimony, and they will not leave out any day nor disturb any feasts.
33 But if they do neglect and do not observe them according to His commandment, then they will disturb all their seasons and the years will be dislodged from this (order), [and they will disturb the seasons and the years will be dislodged] and they will neglect their ordinances.
34 And all the children of Israel will forget and will not find the path of the years, and will forget the new moons, and seasons, and sabbaths and they will go wrong as to all the order of the years.
35 For I know and from henceforth will I declare it unto thee, and it is not of my own devising; for the book (lies) written before me, and on the heavenly tablets the division of days is ordained, lest they forget the feasts of the covenant and walk according to the feasts of the Gentiles after their error and after their ignorance.
36 For there will be those who will assuredly make observations of the moon -how (it) disturbs the seasons and comes in from year to year ten days too soon.
37 For this reason the years will come upon them when they will disturb (the order), and make an abominable (day) the day of testimony, and an unclean day a feast day, and they will confound all the days, the holy with the unclean, and the unclean day with the holy; for they will go wrong as to the months and sabbaths and feasts and jubilees.
38 For this reason I command and testify to thee that thou mayst testify to them; for after thy death thy children will disturb (them), so that they will not make the year three hundred and sixty-four days only, and for this reason they will go wrong as to the new moons and seasons and sabbaths and festivals, and they will eat all kinds of blood with all kinds of flesh.

J: 34 | Y: 1657 | M: 2 | D: 27 | YHWH tells everyone to leave the ark
Genesis 8:15-19, 9:18-19, Jasher 6:40-42, Jubilees 5:32
God spoke to Noah, saying, “Leave the ark—you, your wife, your sons, and your sons’ wives with you.”
So they all came out of the ark. The sons of Noah who left the ark were Shem, Ham, and Japheth—and Ham was the father of Canaan. Through these 3 sons, the entire earth was repopulated.
God said, “Bring out with you every living creature that is with you—all flesh, including birds, livestock, and every crawling thing that moves on the earth—so that they may breed abundantly on the earth, be fruitful, and multiply across the earth. Be fruitful and fill the whole earth. Grow strong, increase greatly on the earth, and multiply.”
Then everyone went out, each returning to their own path and place. Noah and his sons lived in the land God had directed them to, and they served the Lord all their days. The Lord blessed Noah and his sons when they came out of the ark. Every animal, every crawling thing, every bird—everything that moves on the earth according to its kind—left the ark.

He placed the fat on the altar, and he also took an ox, a goat, a sheep, kids, salt, a turtle-dove, and a young dove. He offered them as a burnt sacrifice on the altar. He poured out an offering mixed with oil, sprinkled wine over it, and scattered frankincense on everything. He created a pleasing aroma, acceptable to the Lord.

Falling Action
Noah and his sons sware to keep the food instructions
Jubilees 6:10-14
Noah and his sons swore that they would never eat blood that was in any flesh. He made a covenant before the Lord God that would last forever, throughout all the generations of the earth, in that very month. Because of this, the Lord commanded you to make a covenant with the children of Israel in that same month, on the mountain, by oath—and to sprinkle blood on them as a sign of the words of the covenant, which the Lord made with them forever.
This testimony was written concerning you so that you would always observe it: never eat blood from any beast, bird, or cattle on any day during the lifetime of the earth. Any person who eats the blood of an animal, bird, or cattle during the lifetime of the earth—he and his descendants will be cut off from the land. Command the children of Israel not to eat blood, so that their names and their descendants may remain before the Lord our God continually.
This law has no time limit—it is forever. They must keep it through all their generations so they can continue making atonement on your behalf with blood at the altar. Every day, at both morning and evening, they will seek forgiveness for you continually before the Lord, so that they may remain faithful to it and not be cut off.
Resolution
YHWH establishes a new covenant
Genesis 9:8-17, Jubilees 6:15-16
God spoke to Noah and his sons who were with him and said, “Look, I am now establishing my covenant with you and with your descendants after you, and with every living creature that is with you—the birds, the cattle, and every wild animal of the earth with you—all that came out of the ark, every beast on the earth. I will establish my covenant with you: never again will all flesh be wiped out by the waters of a flood, and there will never again be a flood to destroy the earth.”
God also said, “This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all generations to come: I am placing my bow in the clouds, and it will be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth. Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the bow appears in the cloud, I will remember my covenant between me and you and every living creature of all flesh, and the waters will never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. The bow will appear in the clouds, and I will look at it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.”
Then God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant I have established between me and all flesh that is on the earth.”
Feast of Weeks established
Jubilees 6:17-38
For this reason, it is ordained and written on the heavenly tablets that the feast of weeks should be celebrated each year in this month, to renew the covenant annually. This entire festival was celebrated in heaven from the time of creation until the days of Noah—26 jubilees and 5 weeks of years. Noah and his sons observed it for 7 jubilees and 1 week of years, until Noah’s death. After he died, his sons abandoned it until the time of Abraham, and during that period, they ate blood. But Abraham kept the feast, as did Isaac, Jacob, and his children up to your time. In your time, the children of Israel forgot it until you renewed its observance on this mountain.
The Lord said, “And command the children of Israel to keep this festival throughout all their generations as a commandment for them: 1 day each year, in this month, they are to celebrate the festival. It is the feast of weeks and the feast of first fruits. This feast has a dual purpose and a double significance. Celebrate it according to what is written and engraved about it. I wrote it in the first book of the law—the one I wrote for you—that you should celebrate it at its appointed time, 1 day each year. I also explained to you the sacrifices associated with it, so the children of Israel would remember and observe it each year in this month, 1 day every year.”
On the new moon of the 1st month, the 4th month, the 7th month, and the 10th month are the days of remembrance and the seasonal divisions of the year. These dates are recorded and ordained as a lasting testimony.
Noah established these for himself as feasts for future generations, and they became a memorial to him. On the new moon of the 1st month, he was commanded to build the ark. On that same day, the earth became dry, and he opened the ark and saw the ground. On the new moon of the 4th month, the underground springs were sealed. On the new moon of the 7th month, all the springs of the deep were opened, and the waters began to drain back into them. On the new moon of the 10th month, the mountain tops became visible, and Noah rejoiced. Because of all this, he established those dates as memorial feasts forever, and so they are ordained.
These events were recorded on the heavenly tablets. Each period was 13 weeks long, and the memorial days passed from 1 to the next, from the 1st to the 2nd, from the 2nd to the 3rd, and from the 3rd to the 4th. Altogether, the commandments cover 52 weeks, completing the year. This is how it is engraved and ordained on the heavenly tablets.
There is no skipping this commandment—not for a single year, or from year to year. Command the children of Israel to count the years using this method: 364 days make up a full year. They must not alter its timing by shifting days or feasts, because everything will occur as it should according to this record. No day is to be missed, and no feast should be thrown off schedule.
But if they fail to observe this according to the commandment, they will throw off all their seasons. The years will fall out of order, the appointed times will become confused, and they will abandon the correct observances. All the children of Israel will lose track of the years, and forget the new moons, the seasons, the sabbaths, and they will misunderstand the calendar of the years. I know this, and now I declare it to you. This is not something I made up—the book lies open before me, and the division of days is ordained on the heavenly tablets. This will happen if they forget the covenant festivals and instead follow the festivals of the Gentiles in their error and ignorance.
Some people will certainly start observing the moon, and how it disrupts the seasons, arriving 10 days early each year. Because of this, they will throw off the yearly cycle, and declare abominable days as days of testimony, and make unclean days into feast days. They will confuse all the days—mixing the holy with the unclean, and the unclean with the holy. They will be mistaken about the months, sabbaths, feasts, and jubilees.
For this reason, I command and warn you to testify to them. After your death, your children will disrupt this order by failing to observe the year as 364 days. Because of this, they will go astray regarding the new moons, seasons, sabbaths, and festivals—and they will eat all kinds of blood with all kinds of flesh.
This chart shows who was alive in the year 1657-1658.
